REFUND + CANCELLATION POLICY
*Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.
ANGEL SEO SERVICES operates as a digital marketing agency in Houston, TX and we expect CLIENTS to understand and respect our policies. Our goal as a digital marketing agency is to provide the highest value to our CLIENTS, and in order to support us in that pursuit, we need to cover expenses and fuel our operations. Therefore, the CLIENT is obligated to make payments in a timely manner and in respect to the services offered.
By hiring ANGEL SEO SERVICES for services you are bound by this agreement and you agree to abide by our policies.
WEBSITE DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT
Web design and development projects demand extensive resources and incur internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. If CLIENT chooses to terminate or postpone the work, then all monies paid will be retained by ANGEL SEO SERVICES. Any additional work completed beyond what was already paid for will be billed to the CLIENT.
INTERNET MARKETING
Payments for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Online Reputation Management (ORM) or any of our Online Marketing services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. After a payment is made, there are no exceptions to our refund policy.
WEBSITE HOSTING
Payments made for hosting a website are non-refundable. If CLIENT initiates a hosting account through ANGEL SEO SERVICES but does not use it, payment will still be due. Our billing cycles for hosting will continue until CLIENT sends a cancellation notice in writing.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
ANGEL SEO SERVICES reserves the right to deactivate and/or terminate a user’s account, service(s), or contract if CLIENT is found in violation of our terms and policies. Termination due to policy violations will not be refunded.
