  • Add real photos. Not stock photos. Pictures of your team, your work van, your projects. Photos get clicks.
  • Post regularly. Use the “Posts” feature to share updates, offers, or events. It shows you’re open and active.

2. NAP Consistency: The Boring, Critical Step.

NAP stands for Name, Address, Phone number. It must be identical everywhere it appears online. If your listing on Yelp says “123 Main St” and your website says “123 Main Street,” that’s a problem. It makes Google doubt which one is correct. You need to audit these and fix the inconsistencies.

3. Get Reviews (And Talk Back).

Reviews are social proof. They’re the new word-of-mouth.
